It has been a long winter this year and I spent many dark evenings looking at video's of landscape photographers like Thomas Heaton just to name one. I got very inspired by what he and his colleagues create in nature. But I must admit that woodland and green foliage are totaly not in my comfortzone.
Creating images like these require rising up early and last weekend I didn't manage to get out of my bed. But this Sunday I got up at 5 am, left home at 5.30 am and arrived at Jalhay around 6.30am. The river La Hoëgne flows here and this had to be a splendid place to photograph. It was indeed a splendid place and the advantage of rising early is that you have the world to yourself...
The gear used here : Fuji X-E2s, XF14, XF1855, a circular polariser and a Manfrotto tripod.
On to the pictures now :)
And I always try taking an "epic"selfie when spotting great light...
Thanks for the visit and feel free to comment :)
