EVS

This time I visited EVS, a former pilotschool somewhere in Belgium. I will not tell more about the story of this place in order to keep it's location private.
Shot with a Nikon D600 and the 24-105 Sigma.

The hidden command post

Somewhere in Belgium are these 2 sheltered and underground airfield command posts that where manned in case of any sort of threat. Now totally derelicted and abandoned.

Pictures shot with a Nikon D600 and a Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 on a tripod.

Only the décor remains, former Belgian military camp in NRW part 1

To end 2016 I finally visited 2 former Belgian military camps in NRW (Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany).
This camp was in use from 1948 till 1995 and is sadly totally trashed. A part of the camp has already been reconversed for some firms but a great part still remains abandoned ...
Shot with the Fujifilm X-E1, the XF14mm and a Nikon SB700.

Another lost Place

This time we explored some old Army barracks somewhere in Belgium, luckily not yet trashed and sprayed all over with graffiti! These barracks are not abandoned since there are still patrols checking this area out but it's in a great state of dereliction.
Here I approached this location in another way, using off camera flash to highlight some areas and simulate sunlight.
All images shot with an Fuji X-E1, the XF14 and an SB700...

Stefanie

Some of you may know by now that La Chartreuse is my favorite photographic playground. But this time I wanted to depict that place with a female model and so I got in touch with Stefanie.

Posing for me was ok but La Chartreuse was a bit too far to go to so we went to my other favorite place, The Attic...and I didn't regret it! Thank you Stefanie for your time and patience.

All pictures where shot with a Fuji X-E1, the 18-55mm lens and depending on the shot 1 or 2 Nikon SB700's triggered off camera.

Now on to the pictures ...

I had the picture with the chair in mind and all the rest came out as a bonus for me, lucky me :)
