Maar je wil natuurlijk je kostbare lens beschermen met zo'n UV filterke en wat met een zonnekap? Blijkbaar heb je een speciale adapter nodig om beiden op je lens te draaien. Sorry Fuji, maar bij een toestel van dit kaliber zouden én de adapter én de zonnekap standaard bijgeleverd moeten zijn!
Wat nu?
Naturally you want to protect your valuable lens with an UV filter and what about a lenshood? Apparently you need a special adapter to fix both on your lens. I'm very sorry Fuji, but with a camera of this level the adapter and the lenshood should be included in the package!

Op de front van je lens is een ring die je kan losdraaien...
On your lens you have a ring you can remove...
Eénmaal je dat gedaan hebt neem je 2 UV filters ( die ik nog liggen had van vroeger ), je verwijderdt bij de ene het glas en je maakt ze beiden omgekeerd aan elkaar vast. Hoe je ze aan elkaar vastmaakt bepaal je zelf, ik koos voor tape maar kleven zou ook gaan...
Once you removed the frontal ring you take 2 UV filters ( I still had them from the old days ), you remove from one the glass element and you fix them both upside down together. How you fix them together is of your own choosing, I took tape but they could have been glued too...
Je plaats de nieuwe "adapter met UV filter" op je lens en je duikelt een oude zonnekap op met diameter 49mm...
You place the new "adapter with UV filter" on your lens and look for an old lenshood with 49mm diameter...
De zonnekap erop en voila...
Put the lenshood on and there you have it...
Je camera ziet er dan trouwens uit als een oldie wat nog een voordeel is. Sorry Fuji maar het is crisis...
